Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

We are a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality podiatry care to every patient we see. As a small team working across two clinics, every appointment matters—not only to us, but to other patients who may be waiting for care.To help us manage our time and resources effectively, we kindly ask that you follow the policy below:

Notice Period

- For biomechanical assessments and minor nail surgery, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

- For all other appointments, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than the required notice period will be treated as missed appointments and will be charged 100% of the full appointment fee.We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from offering care to others who may need it.

Missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee. Confirmation and reminder messages are sent in advance to help you keep track of your scheduled time.

Deposits and Pre-Payment

A deposit is required to secure appointments for:

- Minor nail surgery
- Verruca needling
- Biomechanical assessments

For all new patients, full pre-payment of the appointment fee is required before the appointment can be confirmed.

All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. However, if the required notice period is given (72 hours for biomechanical assessments and minor nail surgery, 48 hours for verruca needling), the deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment within a reasonable timeframe.

Freedom to Decide on Further Treatment

Our patients are never under any obligation to book further treatment. If additional care is recommended, it is entirely your choice whether to book straight away or take time to think about it. As deposits are non-refundable, we encourage you to only proceed with booking when you feel ready and certain.
